crying, laughing, laying.....(4months)...... Talking, crawling, standing, Smiling

Ok so everyone knows i had a little girl in January this year. You heard all about her for 4 months and then she disappeared off of blogspot. Well the good news is we are back and doing good.. LOL Anyways I am not going to write about everything that has happened in th 4 months of no blogging because who really has time to read a blog for 3 weeks.

Well Atley is still our whole world. She seems to amaze us everyday with the things she learns to do. She likes to talk all the time, I am thinking that when she reallys starts to speak words she is going to be one of those kids you want to tell to just stop talking for a min. She is crawling every where now. Nothing is safe, if we putt it higher she just stands up and gets whatever she wants. She thinks she is so much older and bigger than she really is. Every one tells me that she is going to be an early walker, I think so too, but you never know.

As most of you know i started work part time. So Atley has been going to the ACT Learning Center. At first it was hard for both of us. Now she does great up there. She loves her teachers/babysitters, and she has this friend up there. They say that her and this other girl play together so cute. They act like they are best friends. They tease each other and share toys with each other. So in the long run it has been really good for Atley to go up there. But it is still hard for me. When they tell me she has been fusy or really hapy and cute it just makes me sad that i was not there to comfort her or to see her playing. But I know it is best for her to play with other kids. I think she learns a lot from them.

Since she has been going to the learning center she likes more people than just me. I have to say I think that my mom is her favorite. She sees her and wants to go to her and not come back to me. It is so so cute. She is funny. She loves to be with her grandparents. She will laugh and tell them all sorts of stories. She really is what keeps me going some days. She is just an amazing little girl that Zack and I love.

Now it is picture time.... I am sure it is going to be a picture overload. So you will not get to see all the ones I want to show you, but i will do as many as I can/have time for.

Much needed Update

Ok so it has been a while. But we are all doing really good. Zack is working his long summer hours now so he is not home very much. So every second he is home we are spending it with him. Atley amazes me every day with the things she is learning to do now. She is a much happier baby now. She smiles when ever you talk to her. She acts like she is such a big girl. She wants to sit up at all times and see what is going on. I can not wait for her to be able to sit up all by her self. And for me i am still love being a stay at home mom. I would not trade it for anything. I do not know what i would do if i had to miss Atley do something for the first time. She is honestly the best thing that has happened to Zack and I. I know i say that all the time, but it really is true.

CEREAL TIME

I know they say to not start cereal until they are four months, but we could not wait. And she just was not getting satisfied at night unless she ate like 5 times in an hour, and let me tell you... THAT BEGINS TO HURT. Anyways so we introduced cereal to her Easter weekend. She loved it. This picture is not the best to show how she eats it, but it is funny. So she still loves her tongue and loves to lick everything, so of course she licks it off the spoon like a dog. It is so cute. The weird thing about it is she really does not make a mess eating it that way. She is a funny little girl. So now we are on a schedule and she has to have her cereal at 8:00 pm or she gets a little mad.

ATLEY'S FIRST EASTER

As you can tell by this picture she is a little confused. She has no idea why there is a basket full of colorful stuff by her. I am not for sure but i am going with she loved it... The Easter bunny also brought her the Bumbo chair that she is sitting in. She loves that thing. As i said earlier she loves to sit up.

CAMPING

Yeah this is pretty much where we spent our time camping (In Grandma Rene's trailer). It was a little windy for Atley outside. We did go out by the fire at night for a few minutes, but not a lot. She was not that impressed with camping this trip. She slept alot of the time. But i have a feeling it is only going to get better. I thought she looked so peaceful in this picture:)

CUTE PICTURES

I thought this picture was so cute. She looks so cute in the little outfit. And you can all see how big she is getting. Everyone told me it would go really fast, but i guess i just did not believe them. It is so crazy how the time has flew by.


Yep that is our smile, tongue out and all. No matter what she is doing her tongue is out. She looks so cute.

Fight Results ~ Atley

Here are a few pictures of our little girl that is growing so fast. She is so much fun. It just amazes me all the things she learns to do. Everyday she does something new that she has learned how to do. She figured out the hands to the mouth a few weeks ago and it is so funny she licks the back of her hand. She would rather not suck on anything just lick it.


She is gettig so big that she will play in her little saucer toy now. Not for a long time, but long enough for me to hurry and get something done. And also i love her in blue, with her darker skin it just looks so pretty on her. But like her grandma says she looks pretty in every color because of her skin. And i would have to say I agree with her.

FINALLY..... I got a picture of her smiling. She is so so so cute..

Her is a picture of the family waiting for the fights to start on saturday night. It was a lot of fun. As Zack and I were pulling into Ephraim on saturday night, I looked at him and said I ALL READY HAVE BUTTERFLYS. And let me tell you they did not leave until after Sye's fight. There were like 11 fights and he was third to last. It seemed like forever.

Here is a picture of Sye when he first got into the ring. My stupid camera froze so of course i do not have any while he is fighting but i am sure my mom does so i will get some pictures of him. So i am sure you are wondering how he did. Well let me first tell you about the guy he fought. He had Sye by about 40 lbs. He is i think 33 years old. And had his head shaved. During the flag ceremony they brought all the fighters out and stood in the ring and he was eye balling Sye. He would not take his eyes off of him. And then when he came out for the fight Sye was all ready in the ring and he did the whole point to his eyes and then point at Sye. Retarted i know. I think he was trying to intimidate Sye. But let me tell you, IT DID NOT WORK... Sye knocked his but out in the first round. I think it was like a minute and a half. It was such an awesome fight. The guy got Sye with a few knees to the face and one kick to the face, but I think after the first knee you just seen Sye's face change. He was ready to fight then. After that there was no stopping him. He did an awesome job. The guy was knocked out on the ground for like five minutes. He had to big gashes above his eye and his one ear was like black. It looked nasty. My uncle James had a picture of him and you can see both cuts and his ear. I wished i had it to show you guys. We were all so excited for Sye. We were jumping around and yelling so loud. I was so nervous and excited during the fight and i was holding Atley that when the fight was over my arms were numb. I had to give her to Ashton so i did not drop her. It was so crazy. Atley was so good during the fights she slept most of the time, but when she was awake she was just fine. It did not bother her at all. Joscelyn took her kids too, and Sawyer was just as happy as can be. Kenyon loved the fights. After each fight he just kept saying more more more. When Sye was fighting he yelled for him and was jumping on the chairs it was so so cute. He loves Sye.

Not a very god picture, but as you can see Sye's little black eye. He does not even look like he has been in a fight. He has a tiny cut above his left eye. Yeah i know you can barely see it. HE DID AWESOME. WE ARE ALL SO PROUD OF HIM.... Nice Job Sye

White Trash Renegade

So this saturday my little brother Sye is fighting. It is like the UFC fights they have on TV. He is really excited. He has been training for a few months, it takes a lot to learn to be ok with getting hit in the face. They say the hardest part is learning how to control your breathing and not getting so mad. So yeah anyways, i am so excited for him, but i am also so nervous. He has a big support group here to watch him. My Grandma Rose (my dads mom), Uncle James (dads brother) and his two kids Kiley and Jordan came all the way from Colorado Springs to watch him. Also My brother J.D. missed a trip to Vegas with his in-laws to watch and support him. And Joscelyn, Paul, and they kids are here to watch too. We are all so excited for you Sye and know you will do your best. So when they fight they have like a theme song and a nick name and Sye's is "White Trash Renegade" love the name... His song is White Trash Renegade by Big B. It is a pump up song for sure. So of course we had to get some shirts with his nickname on them. And not only family members are going to be in these shirts some of his good friends ordered one too so there is going to be a big bunch of people wearing these shirts supporting him... So any one that can make it, come on down and go it is going to be fun. Saturday night at 7:00 pm in Ephraim at the Snow College Activity Center. GO SYE WE ALL LOVE YOU AND KNOW YOU WILL DO REALLY GOOD :)

And yeah i have some cute pictures of Atley on my computer that I need to load on my computer and then I will post them. She is doing really good and suprises me everyday with how much older she acts. She is so alert. We LOVE her to death. Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend.

Its been a while

Ok so i have not updated my blog forever sorry. Here is an up date. Atley is growing so dang fast. She smiles and goos all the time. She tries so hard to talk to you, but all that happens is her tongue going one hundred miles an hour. It is so dang cute. She is now just shy of 10 weeks old. It has went by so fast. We went to her two month appointment on the 13th and she is doing really good. She weighed 10 lbs 5 oz and 21 3/4 inches long. The dr said he can not believe how strong she is. Yes yes we had shots too. But luckly i have a wonderful husband that stood up by her so i did not have too. It was hard for me, but she was strong about it. She cried really hard but was just fine when we could pick her up. She has blessed our lives so much.
Let me tell you she is such a snuggle bug. She would love to cuddle with me all day long if i would let her.

I kind of caught her smiling, not really i know but it is the best i have so far. I will keep trying cause everyone needs to see her cute little smile. So on the weekend of the 6th my sister and her kids came down. It was so good to see them I had not seen them since my baby shower. So yes this was the first they got to see little miss Atley. And of course Kenyon and Sawyer are growing so dang fast. They love bath time.

Kenyon is such a big boy and just wanted to wear Zack's farm shoes. So of course he did. It was so funny to see him try to walk in them. But he cried and cried when he had to take them off. For some reason Kenyon really likes Zack. He wants to do everything he does. He is such a cutie.

And then there is little miss Sawyer and she is a doll. She just smiles and laughs all the time. It was so funny she hated when Atley would cry so she would cry too. It was the cutest thing ever. She is a beautiful little girl. She has beautiful eyes you can not tell in this picture but they are. Thanks for coming down Joscelyn and spending time with us. It was a blast.

And for me and Zack not a whole lot has went on. The main thing is they finally called Zack back to work so that will be nice. Now we just have to decide what i am going to do. Atley wants nothing to do with a bottle or a pacifier. So we are kind of lost at what to do. We have been talking about it and just have not come to a final decision.

This is the outfit her dad wanted her to wear and i am so gald she did cause all the pictures of her in it look so so cute.

This picture is our all time favorite one. It was so cute she was falling her dad around the room and i told him to just stand still and he did. So she just stopped and looked at him. So this picture looks like she is just looking away from the camera, but since we know what she is looking at it makes it really special. SHE LOVES HER DAD. I know i have said that before, but their love just keeps growing bigger and bigger. She is our little sweet heart. I can not imagine what i did before she blessed our lives.

So we went and got Atley's pictures done. I think they turned out really good. She was wide awake for them, but did not really want to smile for them. Of course that morning when we were getting ready she smiled and laughed more than she ever has. It was fun to see her smiling that much, but i knew she wouldn't have any more smiles for the pictures.

Atley's First Valentines Day

Well we did not do a whole lot for Valentines Day because i had a basketball game. We went to the games at two and did not get done until about eight thirty. By the time we were done with that Zack and I just wanted to go home. But it was a fun day. I just want everyone to know how wonderful my husband is. He takes care of Atley during all of my games. He is a GREAT DAD and HUSBAND... He travels to all the games with us so I can still see my little Girl...

Well the girls won on saturday so we had to flip with Manti to see what place we took. DANG IT... We lost the coin toss so we took sixth place. That puts us playing North Summit on Friday night at 6:30 pm for our state play in game. We have an awesome team and I know they can win. One of our starters got hurt on fridays night game so we are with out her. Which sucks.. But we have a lot of girls that can help us out. They stepped up on saturday so i am not worried. GOOD LUCK GIRLS!!!!

Some New Pictures

And of course we had to get a picture of her in her dress. Yesterday was her very first day at church. Dad grabbed the camera when i got her dressed. She looked beautiful. She was awesome at church. We went to three hours of our ward and then another hour and a half to another ward. She did not get mad until we were just walking out the door. We finally decided that we better go back to church and teach our little class or they would forget who we are. But most of them remembered us. They are such cute little kids. We Teach the 4 and 5 year olds. They say some funny stuff. And The extra 1.5 hours of church was because my friend came home off of her mission and it was her homecoming. It was great to see her. Welcome Home Mckell:)

Yep sure thing i got the very first kiss from Atley. No really she was hungry and was trying to eat my lips... I just like to think that i got the first kiss. haha

Here is a picture of Atley and me. This on super bowl sunday. If you can tell she has on her Bronco's outfit. Yeah i know the broncos were not in the super bowl but that is the only football clothing she has. She looked way cute in it too. We watched the super bowl out to my parents house cause zack was gone. My dad is a big bronco fan so he loved her outfit.

This is a picture of Atley going to her first Dr's appointment. All is well. She is growing good. She weighed 7 lbs and 8 ounces at her appointment, so she has gained a little. The Dr was pleased with it so no worries. She also was has grew one inch now she is 20 inches long:)

Daddy spending some alone time with his daughter. She loves her dad that is for sure. I would have to say he is probably her favorite person in the world right now. I am not sure what he did to win her heart that easy but it worked for him. And yeah she still looks like him. People say they are starting to see me in her, but i do not see it. I just see her daddy in her. Aren't they so cute together :)

Atley's first bath. She loved it. I am glad that she finally does not have to have a sponge bath any more... She hated that :( We think she is going to have a little curl in her hair. When her hair gets wet it curls and waves like no other. Oh Yeah forgot to mention her most favorite thing in the world... That little tongue. She is always sticking it out. She would rather suck her tongue than a Binky. Like I said she knows what she wants and when she wants it.
